The atmosphere was quite lacking in warmth and comfort. The locked mini fridge was just baffling and inconvenient. Breakfast was a major letdown, served in a dark and uninviting room with barely any choices.

I had such a lovely stay, as everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance, especially the beautiful Parque Espana just a 10-minute stroll away, and the vibrant Mercado Roma was only about 15 minutes away on foot, making exploring the city a breeze. overall, the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful which made for a smooth weekend.
